1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CreativeStudio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

CreativeStudio provides professional graphic design and video editing services including, but not limited to:

  • Thumbnail design and creation
  • Cover and album artwork design
  • Short-form and long-form video editing
  • Marketing campaign visuals and graphics

3. Project Timeline & Delivery

Project timelines are agreed upon at the start of each project. Standard delivery times are:

  • Starter package: 3-5 business days
  • Professional package: 1-2 business days
  • Premium package: 24-48 hours

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Delays caused by client feedback or approval processes may extend the original timeline.

4. Revisions Policy

The number of revisions included depends on your selected package. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of project delivery. Additional revisions beyond the package limit may incur extra charges.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • 50% deposit required to begin work
  • Remaining 50% due upon project completion
  • Final files delivered after full payment received
  • Late payments may incur interest charges

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to use the delivered work. CreativeStudio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing clear project briefs and necessary materials
  • Timely feedback and approvals
  • Ensuring they have rights to any materials provided
  • Making payments according to agreed terms

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds for incomplete work will be calculated based on work completed up to the cancellation date.

9. Limitation of Liability

CreativeStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
